CREATE A HUBSPOT DATASTREAM
- In the Connect Element, click "+Add Datastream".
- Select Hubspot from the list of Datastreams.
- Select an existing Hubspot Connection, or create a new one:
- Input the authorization credentials required to access the Datasource Hubspot account.
- Configure the Datastream (see Configuration below).
CONFIGURATION
- Report type:
- All Companies:
Returns data for all Companies in your Hubspot account.

All Contacts:
Returns data for all Contacts in your Hubspot, regardless of any time range specified in the fetch (lifetime result).

Returns data for all Deals in your Hubspot account.
For more information on Deals, see Hubspot's Documentation. - Engagements (Lifetime):
Returns data for all Engagements across the lifetime of your Hubspot account.

Returns data for all Contact Lists in your Hubspot account.

- All Companies:
- Create Timeline:
If ticked, Adverity will identify every date-formatted column, transpose the contents of each into rows, and compile these rows into a new column named "Date".
Properties
These options will populate with the relevant properties based on the Report Type selected above.
- Company Properties:
Choose the fields from the Companies API response that you want to include in your Data Extract. - Contact properties:
Choose the fields from the Contact API response that you want to include in your Data Extract. - Deal Properties:
Choose the fields from the Deal API response that you want to include in your Data Extract. - Engagement Properties:
Choose the fields from the Engagement API response that you want to include in your Data Extract.
Please note: All custom properties which exist in the connected Hubspot account will be supported and appear in the list of fields.
