Please note that Adverity login fields are case-sensitive.
If you are unable to log into the account, make sure the caps lock key is not on and that you are using the correct case for each letter in your username and password.
After 5 failed login attempts, you will receive a notification message that too many consecutive failed attempts have been made, and the account will be locked out. After 15 minutes, you will be able to try logging in again.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SETTING UP A NEW PASSWORD:
Your password must contain:
- At least 16 characters.
- A mix of alphabet and numeric characters.
And must not be any of the following:
- Too similar to your other personal information.
- A commonly used password.
