WHAT IS THE ADVERITY PLATFORM?
The Adverity Platform is a complete, end-to-end system for the transfer, manipulation, analysis and presentation of data. Adverity allows you to unify data from disparate sources and use it to obtain meaningful and actionable insights to increase ad-spend ROI, refine processes, or a near endless number of other potential applications.
We are very proud of the Platform's flexibility, and are constantly adding new features and APIs. No matter who your partners or suppliers, or what your technology may be, we probably have a unique and bespoke solution to serve you (and if we don't, it's probably planned). However, this power and flexibility can sometimes make the Platform seem intimidating, and so we created this guide to help you get started with the fundamentals before exploring the full potential of what you can do to truly understand your data in all its complexities and subtleties.
THE AIMS OF THIS GUIDE
This introductory course will familiarize you with the general concepts of what the Adverity Platform can help you achieve, and guide you through the creation of your first data transfer, from your data source all the way to an example data visualization and analytics Platform.
HOW DOES THE PLATFORM WORK?
The core concepts of The Adverity Platform are represented by the 6 elements of our main UI navigation menu:
Connect |
Create connections between your various data sources and the Adverity Platform, enabling seamless data transfer. |
Enrich |
Optional steps to manipulate data from its original format to one that unifies all data across sources to allow parity, and therefore much more complete and effective analysis. |
Transfer |
Data is reformatted and either ready for visualization and analysis in the next elements, delivered as a file format, or exported to an external data visualization software. |
Explore |
A clean, accessible view of all your collected data, unified and categorized to make it easier for you to select the information that matters and filter out the noise. |
Present |
Dashboards that show the development of your metrics as soon as the data is imported from the source. Visualizations that allow you to communicate and share findings in accessible and impactful format. |
Reveal |
Use machine learning software and analysis to examine historical data and learn from it, informing better strategies and increasing returns. |
THE DATA JOURNEY
The below flow chart shows a simplified illustration of the data journey, from importing from a data source, through manipulating and re-tabulating, all the way to analysis, and finally using those findings to predict and react to emerging patterns and opportunities:
